1. Digital Goods - Final Sale

All sales of digital collectibles on our platform are final and non-refundable. Since these are digital items delivered immediately upon purchase, we cannot issue refunds once the transaction is completed.

• Payment processing errors on our end
• Failure to deliver a purchased digital asset
